Wilshere and Giroud against Norwich! What could go wrong? Let’s have another one of those beauty team goals please 🙂

Gunner in Canada

Looks like a 4-3-3 set-up, not the usual 3 at the back

You’re mistaken.

Macey (GK) / Debuchy, Elneny & Holding as the central 3, Nelson & Maitland-Niles as right and left wing-backs respectively, Coquelin & Wilshere in the centre, Iwobi, Walcott & Giroud the forward 3.

Though I suppose there is potential for Iwobi to play the deeper role and Wilshere further forward. Unlikely though.

Should be good.

Promising line-up. Will be interesting to see how Matt Macey handles his debut!

Looks like a well-balanced lineup with Coq’n Debuchy.

Well he has prescience and can’t be worse than hapless Ospina

Terry Neill - never again
Terry Neill - never again

What a fabulous quality for a goalkeeper to have, he’ll spot all danger in advance.

Our reserve team is strong

A) Wenger OUT! We needed to win this, that team’s rubbish!
B) Perfect! Well done, through to the next round and the big players rested!
Delete A or B as necessary after the match. 😉

Already deleted A

Good man.

Ah so Wenger romantics are back in town.

Half time (re) views guys?

Yeap-Wenger romantics will never learn. Question is-where are they after each humiliating defeat (clearly not on arseblog as surely they would have some convincing explanation of why we should not sack him)?

I think our second XI is damn near as strong as many teams’ first XIs.

Does anyone know how much rotation Norwich have done? They played on Sunday just like us, and they’ve got a big league match coming up on Saturday, so maybe they’re resting some of their first team too, perhaps?

Wish Wenger would go for some fantasy in his teams. Seems to have lost his sense of adventure. Nelson in Walcotts position and AMN where Coquelin is or at RWB. Theo should be fighting to play in the prem not be a starter in this cup…

I agree, we see this line-up every europa league game. Wish he’d pull a wildcard or two in the league cup matches like you said with Nelson in a more advanced role or AMN central. Just to test out a few more options and give the youngsters more of a starring role. Think we’re all perfectly aware of what the selected front three offer by now.

agreed. i just wish i could see nelson and AMN playing in thier best positions which is midfield instead of watching walcot again and again

STOP PLAYING REISS NELSON AS A WINGBACK!!!! This is getting too annoying for my liking. Play him in the front 3. He is an attacking player…how long will this ridiculous experiment last??

As far as it annoys you,it sure gonna last long.

Until they lose

Thought Debuchy had retired

He\'s got no hair but we don\'t care...

Check out the bench of other top 6 teams playing in this cup and then check out ours.

Yeah … none of them had anything remotely like Nketiah.

annnnd I missed the 2nd goal. Stupid boss decided to come chat at my desk while I was streaming it. What a dick!

How inconsiderate

More calls to sack the boss then?
